Bare Acts Without Notes PDF

Bare acts without notes pdf: The All-India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a test that is administered by the Bar Council of India (BCI) to determine the eligibility of an individual to practice law in India.

The AIBE Bare Acts refer to the legal texts and statutes that are covered in the examination, such as the Indian Penal Code, the Civil Procedure Code, and the Indian Contract Act. These acts are commonly referred to as bare acts because they are the unannotated versions of the laws.

The AIBE is mandatory for all law graduates who wish to practice law in India. It is conducted in various cities across the country and candidates are required to score a minimum of 40 out of 100 marks in order to pass the examination.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has been conducting the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE) since 2010 to assess an advocate’s capability to practice the profession of law in India. AIBE is an open book exam and no study material is provided by BCI. However, the BCI recommends that candidates prepare for the examination by studying the bare acts and rules that are covered in the test.
